Feed the Hungry
Mission/Purpose: To provide meals and community support to those who suffer from malnutrition, poverty, joblessness, and homelessness
Objective/Goals: Info: God says, "For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes, and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me." (Matthew 25:42-43)... Then some are gonna look around confused saying, "Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?" Then my God will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for the least of these (the homeless, the sick and shut in, the hungry, etc), you DID NOT DO FOR ME!" (Matthew 25:44-46) How often do we drive by the homeless sleeping on the side of the road, look, shake our head, and do NOTHING? How often do we turn down the hungry who ask us for change to buy food, but go and spend hundreds on clothes, shoes, cars, gadgets, and entertainment? How often do we go and visit the sick and shut in? How often do we do things for those who can't do nothing for us? When we honestly answer the above questions, we will come face to face with the truth. LET'S SEARCH OUR O-W-N HEARTS TO SEE IF WHAT WE'RE DOING or NOT DOING is in line with the word of God.
